  • Thursday:Lower Body
  • Friday: Upper Body
  • Saturday: Lower Body
  • Sunday: Rest

  • 1x Muscle Workout Split :-

  • Monday : Chest
  • Tuesday: Back
  • Wednesday: Biceps and Triceps
  • Thursday: Shoulders
  • Friday: Cardio and Abs
  • Saturday: Legs
  • Sunday: Rest

  • Monday : Back and Biceps
  • Tuesday:Chest and Triceps
